MENTAL HEALTH

We have free (and extremely confidential) access to counseling services through the Resident Faculty Wellness Center which is staffed by psychiatrists, MH Nurse Practitioners, and psychologists. Check out Spark on OHSU 02 for an updated list of mindfulness & meditation resources. Here are a few examples:

  • Breath by Breath: free drop in class. Participants are led by a trained instructor in learning to control stress naturally and begin a self-guided meditation practice.

  • Marquam Hill  guided-meditation: weekly guided meditation, drop-in classes at Doernbecher Children's Hospital (10th floor Meditation Room) 12-12:30 every Wednesday
